hello there everyone....sorry i haven't written in a while. aaron is back now from his two weeks in texas. im glad that he is home. anyways, aaron and i are leaving tomorrow (friday) for a little mini vacation in arizona. we are going to go to the grand canyon on saturday. it is going to be so much fun. aaron and i have never really flown anywhere as a couple. we have driven places but this will be different. kinda like our first "big" vacation, (i put big in quotation marks because it is only for a couple of days lol). anyways, not much else really to say for now. im surprised aaron hasn't written anything since he has been back almost a week now....maybe he will write when we get back. ttyl bye

hmmm (Thursday, June 09, 2005)
yep, bubba is leaving me saturday for his two week thing for the guard. im gonna be really sad. im gonna try really hard not to cry though, cuz im working up to if he leaves for arizona, but the difference is that i will at least be able to talk to him. i won't get to talk to him much when he leaves and that makes me sad. but that is the consequence of dating a military man.....though i wouldn't change anything. i love aaron very much and i hope he moves to tempe so i can move out there too and we can begin our life together. i know what you are all thinking, we could do that here. but i like it so much better in arizona...NO SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!! anyways, aaron and i are going over the 4th of july (at least i think we are lol) so we can kinda check things out. hopefully (i)structure will send aaron there for a week and maybe we can get it to be a week in august cuz i have a week off from work before i go back to school. then we could just get me a ticket and i could go with him for a week. anways, that's all i have to say for now. i will try and write more in the next two weeks since our primary writer will be out of service lol. talk later out

Your daily updates... (Monday, June 06, 2005)
Here's your daily "food for thought".
I'm running updates on my Gentoo server. I'm on 11 of 64... That's right 64 updates available. I don't think I've ever had that many available updates since I've installed Gentoo on this server.
Speaking of Linux, the Debian project has released 3.1 (Sarge) as the new stable release. Which means by the time I complete my morning update on my Debian server, it should be upgraded to 3.2 (Etch), seeing as how I've always used the "Testing" version of Debian.
And I guess that's about it for now. Sarah and I are considering taking a trip to Tempe over the 4th of July weekend. Maybe that will help me make a decision about transferring. That's it for now.

More on the Transfer (Sunday, June 05, 2005)
Well, I've had a poll up for a while asking others what they thought about my possible transfer to Tempe, AZ. So far I've had 7 votes. That's a good start, but I need more. Although, I may be nearing a decision. I'm leaning towards the possibility of doing it. I'd love to buy a house too. Especially one with a nice big yard which I can landscape/build out. I'm picturing a nice patio on the back, with a deck and an outdoor kitchen. With maybe some kind of waterfall. But anyways, it's still a thought right now, although it's sounding better and better by the day.

hmmm (Friday, June 03, 2005)
well, it seems that aaron, my boyfriend, has the opportunity to transfer to arizona. boy that would be nice. but he has a lot to think about before he makes a decision, and i know that it is ultimately his decision, but i would really like to move there. and my parents even said it was ok if after a semester i can pull my grades up. i have a lot of faith and know that i can do it, cuz i would love nothing more than to move to arizona with the man of my dreams and start our life together away from parents. i just wish i could convince him that this is the best thing to do. his mom even said he should go for it. my parents think he should go for it too. but i think he is just really scared. i would be too, but i guess where we differ is that i would take the chance and deal with things as they come. but like i said, that is me. all i can say is i really hope he decides to go for it. i love arizona, i love everything about it. and the best thing, NO SNOW!!!!!!!!!! i hate the snow lol. anyways, i think that is enough out of me for now. i don't want aaron to feel like i am pressuring him lol. ok bye

Business Ideas (Wednesday, June 01, 2005)
Well, I made quite a bit of money today.
I sold two Sony Magneto Optical Disk Drives on ebay for a friend. Both went for $300 each. Take into account my 25% commission rate negotiated with him, and I made $150 after 10 minutes of work and 4 hours of waiting. That's impressive. Got anything you want to sell? Good, there will be a page coming soon giving you details on how I will sell your goods for you.
That's about it for now. More updates later!
